He later worked with Hedman, an international law firm, and served as legal counsel for the International Finance Corporation (a member of the World Bank). <br /><br /> Sergey received his J.D. summa cum laude from the Law School of St. Petersburg State University in 1993 and graduated from the School of Economics of the same university with a Bachelor s Degree in Business (1993).
